Returns

You have 30 days to complete a return process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To initiate a return please contact us here before returning your item. Please choose "Return Request" from the reason for contacting dropdown and include your order number in the message. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Where accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Where rejected, you will be notified of the reason(s).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds maybe granted and in these cases you do not need to return the item, but instead simply email a photograph of the product plus an explanation of your request to customerservice@reuseabook.com 

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sales Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping Costs 

Note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and proof of postage will be required if not received by us here at Reuseabook.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
