Can I cancel or change my order?
No you can't cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.
How do I return my order?
You have 30 days to complete a return process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
To initiate a return please contact us here before returning your item. Please choose "Return Request" as the reason for contacting us from within the dropdown list, and include your order number in the message.
